Who can apply for Adult Education?

Anyone can apply for adult education in the second calendar half of the year in which they turn20. If you are under the age of 20 and in possession of a school leaving certificate, a secondary education diploma or a study certificate, then you can also apply for adult education.

SFI - Swedish for Immigrants

The Swedish for Immigrants course will give you a basic knowledge and understanding of the Swedish language. You will learn to speak, read and write in Swedish and also, use Swedish in your everyday life. After you have completed the course, you will receive a certificate. All tuition is free of charge. The Study and CareerCentre in Varberg is here to answer any questions that you may have about future studies and career choices. We can also help you plan your studies. If you are planning on studying at university or college, it is important that you choose the right course for you. The Study and Career Centre can also help you draw up a personal study plan.
